Dickinson Location

We are located off the 517 E Exit on the I-45 Gulf Freeway. Our clinic is between 517 and 646 headed north on I-45 Gulf Freeway. We are located next to the Cut In time Barber Shop in the Palais Royal Shopping Center.



South Shore Location

We are located east of 270 and 518 East. As you drive down 518 east it becomes Main Street and the clinic is located on the the left side at 2450 East Main St Suite K. It is in the shopping center across from the Clear Creek 9th Grade Campus. Dr Vazquez's office is inside the South Shore Massage Center & Spa.

We accept most insurances and offer a flexible cash payment plan.
